TALKING HEALS THE DEEPEST WOUNDS

YOUR SILENCE IS WHAT DIGS YOUR GRAVE

Do you TALK or SILENCE is golden for you?
Communication is the most important part in every relationship. In a business, you have to network with people who will be of great value in your business. You do that by opening all communication channels so that it may be easy for everyone to know about your product or service and let them have a review on your business. You TALK to them through advertising your business and they also RESPOND to you by buying your product or let you render your service to them. All of this is simply by TALKING. Communicating GROWS your business because you letting everyone know about it and SILENCE destroys it.

I DON'T WANT TO PREACH ABOUT BUSINESS TODAY BUT THE MAIN THING IS LET PEOPLE TALK IN ORDER TO POUR OUT ISSUES THEY KEEP INSIDE THAT HAVE TURNED TO HIDEN WOUNDS.

When we go through difficult times in life we turn to keep SILENT because we believe that our problems are smaller than what other people are facing out there. Yes, it may seem to be small but it doesn't stop you to think about it over and over again. It brings out too many mixed emotions that you try to hide from other people in order to survive every day as a normal person. Well, you may look normal today but when something is like a movie you keep watching all alone in your mind it turns to take its ending on your body. STRESS, ANXIETY & DEPRESSION are real and caused by too many things that are happening in our lives. You lose weight, be obese, have mild heart attack and other symptoms of these things because of the issues in your life that you think you the only one going through them and not TALKING about it.

Many things that are happening in our lives, whether they are good or bad they make us react in a certain way. Some may be good news to others but bad news to you. Let me mention a few that are playing a role in many people's lives that we don't want to talk about but they lead to stress.
  • Not having money to study further, most people apply for bursaries and other funding but luck doesn't come their way.
  • Raising your kid alone, it requires you to be mentally prepared, strong even if you at your weakest point but it should motivate you to do your best because the little one looks up to you.
  • Being financially unstable. Everything we want to do needs money, the minute you think of going somewhere taxi fee/ petrol fee will ask you "can you afford me."
  • Being employed but not happy with the work environment. Others will say but at least you are working but they don't know what you go through every day.
  • You are unemployed with a qualification in which you used your parent's last money to study and they had hope that it will open doors for you and be able to provide.
  • You are in a relationship that you don't know where you stand but playing along because maybe one day you will be considered as the right partner.
  • You are with a man/woman who is in love with what you have and not in love with who you are but you saying at least I have someone than being lonely.
I can mention a lot of things that you go through that make your life a living hell inside of you and you never want to TALK about with the right people who can help you emotionally. They may not help you with the problem but make you see the brighter side of it and slowly work towards solving it.

When I say TALK about your deep wound, I don't mean mention everything to the world but find someone you trust with your life, share how you really feel and not what you normally make other people believe you feel. By sharing your feelings, you are offloading what you always carry with you and making it easy for you to inhale and exhale better than before. I have learned that hidden wounds are deeper than the ones we can see. "Things we can FEEL are as real as the ones we can TOUCH."

Most men say "INDODA IKHALELA NGAPHAKATHI" but we see them die at an early age because they never want to express how they actually feel and we expect them to be strong and always walking with their head held high. They are going through the hardest times but they are expected to "MEN UP". LIFE, EMOTIONS, STRESS, DEPRESSION & DEATH don't choose the gender.

NO MATTER HOW  SMALL YOUR PROBLEM SEEM TO BE , IT IS A PROBLEM. AS LONG AS YOU CAN IDENTIFY IT AS A PROBLEM AND NOT FINDING IT EASY TO SOLVE IT, IT IS A PROBLEM. IT MAY BE A MINOR THING TO OTHERS BUT IT IS YOUR PROBLEM.

TALK ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL AND NOT ALLOW THE STRESS,ANXIETY & DERESSION TAKE YOU TO YOUR LAST PLACE OF REST.

COMMUNICATE TO EXPRESS & GROW YOURSELF, IT WILL NOT HURT YOU BUT IT SHALL HEAL YOUR HIDDEN WOUNDS.
